Redefining the Popcorn Experience: A Closer Look at Doughlicious

Food and Drink Technology

Doughlicious, a London-based cookie dough snack brand, is proud to introduce the newest addition to its Dough·Chi range: Sweet and Salty Popcorn. This delightful flavor, which received immense popularity during its debut at Doughlicious’ pop-up in Harvey Nichols over the summer, will now join the esteemed core range.

Handcrafted with precision, Sweet and Salty Popcorn Dough·Chi is an exquisite combination of “melt in your mouth” vanilla cookie dough enveloping a delectable ice cream infused with the flavors of sweet and salty popcorn. To add a satisfying crunch, each treat is then rolled in a popcorn crumb coating.

Kathryn Bricken, the founder of Doughlicious, expresses her utmost pride in presenting this exciting new flavor to the core Dough·Chi range. Bricken explains, “We have meticulously crafted our recipes to strike the perfect balance between the sweetness and saltiness, aiming to redefine the popcorn snack experience.”

True to Doughlicious’ commitment to quality, Sweet and Salty Popcorn Dough·Chi is made using high-quality ingredients that are both gluten-free and devoid of added refined sugars. Each individual ball is a mere 100 calories, making it a portion-controlled treat ideal for sharing with friends and family or enjoying on its own.

Starting from the 9th of October 2023, Doughlicious’ Sweet and Salty Popcorn Dough·Chi will be available at Tesco stores nationwide and online, as well as Ocado, Zapp, and GoPuff. A box of six delightful treats will retail at an affordable price of £4.50.
