The ‘Strawberry & Cream Squashies Celebration Cake’ and the ‘Love Hearts Gift Cake’ are now available, following the earlier rollout of the ‘Squashies Celebration Cake’ this year.

The Strawberry & Cream cake is exclusively available at Asda. Notably, 10% of the proceeds from each cake sold until January 2026 will be donated to the retailer’s Tickled Pink campaign, which supports breast cancer charities.

This cake features a plain sponge base layered with strawberry jam, and a filling and frosting infused with strawberry and cream flavors. Additionally, it comes with a mini bag of Squashies Strawberry & Cream sweets. Each cake serves 16, weighs 872g, and retails for £14.98.

Conversely, the Love Hearts cake is available at both Tesco and Asda. Weighing 196g and priced at £6.50, this cake blends a plain sponge base with a frosting layer that replicates the classic Love Hearts flavor and texture.

Commenting on the launch, Arlene MacKechnie, brand manager at Finsbury Food Group, stated: “The Squashies Strawberry & Cream Celebration Cake is not only a fantastic centerpiece for any party or get-together, but it is also a way for consumers to support a meaningful cause through Asda’s Tickled Pink campaign.”

“Meanwhile, the Love Hearts Gift Cake taps into a sense of nostalgia and joy thanks to Love Hearts’ enduring appeal and is ideal for birthdays, milestones, and everyday gifting.”

Furthermore, Sarah-Louise Heslop, head of marketing at Swizzels, remarked: “We’ve seen brilliant engagement from consumers across all our licensed formats, and these two new cakes exemplify how we’re translating much-loved flavors and brand equity into exciting new products. Working with Finsbury continues to be a fantastic way to bring fun, flavor, and familiarity to the bakery aisle.”
