Kenilworth Budgen’s Post Office took to Twitter to share their excitement for the Coronation Big Lunch, stating that “A wonderful day was had by all.” Operations Manager, Avtar Sidhu, added, “From our street to yours, hope everyone had a wonderful time with family, friends, neighbors, and community.”

Similarly, Trudy Davies from Woosnam & Davies News in Llanidloes, Powys, shared photos of her “after Coronation” get-together, celebrating with loved ones.

Hosting a magnificent feast, Community Shop also joined in on the festivities, thanking their partners for making it possible to create positive social impacts for thousands of members and their families.

Over 100 people joined Glastonbury Town Council for the Big Coronation Lunch on the High Street, which was kindly supported by the Radstock Co-operative Society with food and drinks and the Eden Project who provided other goodies.

Booths Longridge even held a Coronation coloring competition and announced the winners during the event.

It’s heartwarming to see the community come together to celebrate such a momentous occasion. In other Coronation news, Nisa retailers across the UK also supported their communities in celebrating King Charles III’s Coronation. Home-Start Hull also celebrated with a themed MADL event, while One Stop generously donated £25,000 to their community in the spirit of the occasion. Shoppers everywhere also got into the Coronation spirit.
