A blend of Momo’s unfiltered organic kombucha and Caravan’s cold brew Gesha coffee, this beverage boasts an entirely new flavor profile, which is unexpected but delicious.

Caravan used a natural Gesha variety from an experimental farm called Finca El Fenix in Colombia, which is owned and operated by Raw Material, a social enterprise importer that works with coffee farmers to improve livelihoods through transparent and fair coffee sourcing. They used a natural-style processing method that accentuates the coffee’s sweetness and fruit notes, and to preserve the delicate flavors and juicy acidity of the coffee, they employed a specially developed “hot-bloom” cold brew method.
Laura Harper-Hinton, the founder and CEO of Caravan Coffee Roasters, expressed her excitement for the collaboration, stating that they put a lot of thought into which coffee would work best for this unique blend and that their Gesha coffee is a perfect match for the refreshing and tart qualities of kombucha.
